FAQ

Category

Can I freeze the bread?

Yes, place bread in a freezer bag and freeze up to 6 months. When you want bread, take it out of the freezer bag and just pop it in the cold oven, preheat to 400 degrees F and let the frozen loaf start to defrost as the oven warms. Bake for 15 to 20 min.

How do we store the bread?

We suggest keeping the bread in a freezer bag at room temp or in the fridge to preserve longer as our breads contain zero preservatives.

How do we serve the bread?

For best results, heat oven to 350 or 400 degrees F. Once oven is hot, place loaf in oven and spray with water. Let bake for about 10 to 15 minutes.
